Returned Item Policy:
Returns of unused (fully re-saleable) items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of invoice date.
Returned items will not be accepted and credit will not be issued without prior authorization by Expand-A-Band Medical.
All returns must refer to order number received upon submission of online order.
All returned items will be reviewed prior to final credit is given.
Used or altered items will not be accepted for credit.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling costs of returned items.
Authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid.
Any product returned is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
No returns will be accepted after 90 days past invoice date.
Refund Amount WILL NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS.
Warranty:
Expand-A-Band Medical warrants its products only for single use within 90 days. Defective items may be returned for credit only after written description of circumstances and utilization are described and product has been received by Expand-A-Band Medical.

Shipping:
All shipments are FOB Expand-A-Band Medical, Gardena, California. Shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer and are added to total at checkout. All orders received by 2:30 pm PST will ship same day (if in stock) and will ship within the specifications as placed with order. In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we will not ship partial orders. All orders received after 2:30 PST cut-off time will be shipped next day or the next available business day (coincides with days that UPS & FEDEX pick-up and deliver goods). Orders received after Friday 2:30 PST will not be shipped until Monday. Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas are not considered work days and are treated as Holidays and thus no shipments. Do not count holidays and surrounding days as above or Saturday or Sunday in calculating the numbers of days to receive your product.
