The Expand-A-Band Chest Binder is an adjustable garment that provides compression and support following male chest reduction (gynecomastia), surgery, pectoral implants and suction lipectomy. Our "Double Compression" technology makes it easy to change bandages and to adjust the amount of provided compression.
Following chest surgery, wearing the Expand-A-Band Chest Binder maximizes healing benefits by providing continuous compression. The Chest Binder minimizes swelling after the procedure and decreases the healing process by allowing the patient to return to their daily routine sooner. The Expand-A-Band Chest Binder also provides support to surgical areas for more comfort and helps the skin fit better to its new contours. The support and compression of the Expand-A-Band Chest Binder can also help prevent a patient from experiencing some "throbbing" painful sensations following surgery.
