PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF ORDER

All shipments are FOB Expand-A-Band Medical, Gardena, California. Shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer and are added to total at checkout. All orders received by 2:00 pm PST will ship same day (if in stock) and will ship within the specifications as placed with order. In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we will not ship partial orders. All orders received after 2:00 PST cut-off time will be shipped next day or the next available business day (coincides with days that UPS picks-up and delivers goods). Orders received after Friday 2:00 PST will not be shipped until Monday. Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas are not considered work days and are treated as Holidays and thus no shipments. Do not count holidays and surrounding days as above or Saturday or Sunday in calculating the numbers of days to receive your product.
